Dr Barnes graduated from the University of Bristol (UK) in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery, working in London for 6 years prior to relocating to Sydney.
He is a perfectionist by nature and enjoys taking the time to deliver the highest standards of dental care, with emphasis on preventative and minimally invasive dentistry.
He takes great pride in his work and together with a caring approach he strives to make a difference to every person that he treats. He enjoys working with anxious patients, where his friendly and relaxed manner helps to put patients at ease.
Dr Barnes has particular interests in general dentistry, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry and he has been a 3 times finalist at the annual UK Aesthetic Dental Awards. In 2017 he completed the examinations to obtain his Membership for the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons (England).
He has completed various other postgraduate dental courses including a one year certificate in advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry lead by the world renowned Dr Chris Orr, a Masters degree in Primary Dental Care and he is a certified Invisalign provider.
In his spare time he loves sport (particularly football, cricket and skiing) and travel.
